Overcoming Doubt

Published by vphipps at 12:40 am under news Edit This

Dreams come from beliefs which derive from the seeds we plant in our minds. Like all seeds, dreams take time to grow and materialize. The key is to never doubt. Just when the seed is about to sprout, doubt hides what was to become a bloom, and makes it wither away and die before you could see what was just about to materialize and become a reality. With the seeds of dreams and beliefs in mind, I can assure you that there has never been a dream I have not achieved and received, when I remembered to use the steps in the process of growing dreams, through the seeds of belief.THE STEPS TO OVERCOMING DOUBT TO SPROUT SEEDS OF DREAMS:

1. Your dream must be specifically described, with no doubt in your mind.

When you describe your dream, it helps to write the specifics down, so that you can see the dream in your mind all the time through the words you’ve used to specifically describe it. After that, find pictures of your dream online and in magazines. Place those pictures everywhere to keep you aware of what you intend to achieve. It will be your ability to focus on the dream that creates a universal way to attract that dream into your reality. The picture should be so vivid to you, that there will be no doubt in your mind that the dream will come true. By the way, it helps to believe in a higher being who I call God, because you see, God wants more for you than you ever dared to dream of. It’s true.

2. Ask for the dream and believe the dream will be achieved, undoubtedly.

The reason why it’s wise to believe in God is the fact that He already said, over and over again, “Whatever you ask of me, with faith and belief, you shall receive.” By the way, God didn’t say, “maybe.” The reason so many of our dreams never seem to materialize is due to the fact that we forget to ask, and even when we do, we doubt what God can do, or we doubt that we are worthy enough for God to do what He promised He’d do. Doubt means a lack of faith, and to receive assistance from the highest being of all, we have to believe that what He promised is true. So, ask with the faith it takes to believe that you are worthy to receive.

When doubt comes up through negative thoughts or negative beliefs, simply say every day, “I am worthy to receive my dreams.” When someone puts doubt in your mind by telling you to look through a more realistic view, just close your eyes and say, “What I dream to achieve comes to me easily and frequently.” Another thing you might say to shoo doubt and negative people away is something I say every day. “I live 99.9 percent abundantly blessed, and I’m grateful for the rest.” I say it this way, due to the fact that even hard times can be blessings in disguise. Some will think you’re insane, but you can laugh all the way to the bank.

3. Find an attitude of gratitude for the dream that’s yet to be seen, but is undoubtedly about to sprout.

Feel the experience of elation at receiving your dream, even before it arrives on the scene. Be like a kid on Christmas Eve. The anticipation is great. It’s the feeling of joy that attracts the dream to you sooner, rather than to make you wait. It’s the water and food every seed need to grow and bloom. No matter how long it takes, if you are grateful ahead of time, when it finally arrives, it will be an even more glorious prize than you ever dared to visualize. That’s just what God does, but it takes faith, along with enough gratitude for what you’ve already received to make room for even more dreams. Pretend you’ve already achieved that dream and behave as if it’s already there. Be aware that your positive energy will be like a magnet to your dream and create a way to make it a reality, sooner than you think. There will be no room for doubt when gratitude is found.

4. Pay attention to the signs and cues that your dream is arriving soon.

Think of it. If it’s a baby you want to receive, you’ll begin to note that everyone you see is as pregnant as can be. If it’s a car you dream of achieving, you’ll see that particular type of car parked in every other space. Your dream is sending a signal to you that says, “Don’t give up on me, Dreams take time to achieve and be received.” If you see an opportunity arrive before your eyes, don’t wait or hesitate, but take that step towards your dream. The next opportunity will take much longer to reveal itself to you if you doubt what presents itself right before you. You see, it’s the law of attraction going into action, so when you see your dream drive by, wave and gleefully say, “Hey, I’ll see you soon.” Remember this important tip. Being jealous when you see your dream belonging to someone else and is yet to be received by you, will only delay the date and time your dream finally does arrive. Doom, gloom and doubt take days to overcome and recover from, so that you can be positively ready to receive your dream.Don’t pray for patience, because if you do, God will give it you. Instead, pray for peace of mind all the time and the faith it takes to wait with ease and peace, believing your dream is blooming.

5. When your dream has bloomed and becomes a reality for you, don’t make the mistake of forgetting to say a great, big, “THANKS!”

So many times our dreams miraculously materialize right before our eyes, and we make the mistake of believing it was just good luck. The key in keeping our dreams a reality is to see the reality of how thankful you need to be for the power God gives to you, and never doubting the source of everything you’ve received. Give the glory to God and watch, wait and see what more is in store for you, just waiting to be asked to be received, through a new and improved gratitude that tells you dreams really do come true when you lose all doubt and believe. Because I’ve received what seemed to be impossible dreams, I have no doubt in my mind that the possibilities are endless for you.
