TO THOSE WHO SAY HEALTH CARE IN THE USA IS OKAY THE WAY IT REMAINS TODAY: My Auto-Reply

Published by vphipps at 9:55 pm under news, politics Edit This

When it comes to this huge issue, which side you choose will most likely depend on whom you choose to listen and/or believe is honestly and unbiasedly telling you the truth. That’s difficult to do, since everyone living within the USA has an extremely biased opinion when it comes to health care reform. Some will choose to look through a view of doom and gloom, and that’s why they listen to FOX news, but then again, if you listen to CNN, you’ll most likely look through a view of hope and/or faith that, Yes we can,” reform our extreme health care issues in the USA and save lives too. Who knew? Still, then again, to believe CNN you need blind faith which takes nothing short of amazing grace to achieve in and within this particular society.

Besides, I don’t know about you, but I always choose hope over hate based news. I tend to be inspired more when someone reports news through a view of the truth, before I’ll agree and/or listen to the view of doom and gloom through FOX news, which more often than not has nothing to do with the truth. I’d rather receive wise advise from someone who’s wise, rather than from some wise guy like Rush Limbaugh or Glen Beck, who doesn’t know as much as they claim, I’ll bet. But hey, by the way, don’t even mention MS-NBC, because you see, I’m not an Obama liberal freak. I simply chose to vote for hope rather than the fear based hate promoted by FOX news, or have the blind faith it takes to simply believe that everything MS NBC tells me is true, Besides, CNN simply provided a more unbiased insight for me, personally. That and my own personal experience in and within the health care industry where greed exceeds human needs, apparently.

Even so, some people don’t want to look through an unbiased view, so here’s my auto reply to all those forwarded messages those of you who actually choose to watch FOX news send to me, so that I might be biased too when they finally drive me insane enough to look through their view. This article is written with my mind on those of you who refuse to vote for hope, but that is only IF you want to know what I’ll always say to the following issues which more than a few of you choose to believe don’t even exist, much less need to be fixed. Besides, you might as well read what I think, because you see, I’ll just send this to you the next time you send a fear based on hate forwarded message to me, so here you go and try to open your mind, PLEASE.

HEALTH CARE REFORM FAQ:

Facts?

!. Health care in the USA is great for 90% of the people, so “don’t fix what ain’t broke.”

My reply to this stated fact will always be the fact that it’s illogical to assume that if something ain’t broke, like an arm or a leg, that anyone would find the need to get anything fixed, much less see why we need to reform health care. No, we don’t need to fix what isn’t broken for 90% of Americans, but if it’s broken for even just 10% of those poor old folks, then we do need to fix it soon, before what is broken becomes damaged beyond repair. Please be aware that when it comes to those poor folks within only 10% of the population, there but for the grace of God go YOU, and in fact, it’s also wise to keep in mind that what we choose to think, say or do sometimes comes back to haunt YOU too.

2. We don’t need another option other than the ONE we’ve got.

Okay, so it’s a free country you say? Hmmm, that’s strange to me, because you see, I always thought that a bit of competition would actually benefit my liberty to choose just who I choose to provide my medical benefits to ME, a free citizen of these United States, in spite of the fact that we are so divided today. Otherwise, the health industry as it relates to my high priced insurance policy could and as of today, does monopolize whether I live or die, based on what they will agree to pay as it relates to the total cost it takes to keep me alive. No matter what they say, with the only option being the big medical insurance company, you’ll go broke, even if they allow you to co-pay through the teeth, so why not provide another way to save your own hide from what you just might have to survive someday? Besides, a bit of competition will achieve the following: Lowered costs due to the need to compete, saved lives due to the option not previously received, just another way to use your civil right to choose and the list goes on and on, so what do you have to lose if the government provides another option?

3. We’ll become a socialistic government run country which begins when the government provides health care for its citizens.

Okay, whatever you say? I really don’t know how to reply and I must admit I’m speechless. I don’t know about you, but it seems to me that we need to be a bit more socially acceptable in the USA in order to provide what we claim to do, “with liberty and justice for all.” After all, Isn’t that the best American way to behave? Otherwise, we’d be anti-social human beings who allow people to die for the sake of free enterprise, but by the way, I already know what you are about to say.

4. Anyone living within the USA can and do achieve health care for free, paid by Me!

Yes, I know what you mean, and it sucks that a lazy baby can go to the ER free of charge so that I can pay for the baby to be saved with an antibiotic that I have to buy just to keep that lazy baby alive Besides, why won’t his or her mom and or dad do that? I don’t know what to say, other than I agree that parent’s shouldn’t have babies they can’t provide health care for, but until more than a few lazy American’s grow up, what do we do to those babies who show up needing health care for free? Do we dismiss them as insignificant? No, we don’t.

Instead, we grit out teeth, say a few curse words and pay the raised tax it takes to save that lazy baby, but then again, what if that lazy dad had just been diagnosed with, “The Big C?” What if the free ER couldn’t do anything other than freely patch the disease with a free stitch or two, when in fact, he’d need a high priced specialist to do what NO free of charge ER will ever have the ability to do. Believe me, a deadly disease doesn’t come cheaply, and no matter how much you pay for someone else’s mistake, should you ever step into that dad’s shoes, you’d better hope and pray the government steps in now and then, for things like natural disasters, incurable diseases and long term medical issues that just seem to pop up in life.

5. When it comes to health care reform raising my tax sky high,Obama lies!

Well, that could be true, and if you choose to look through a view of doom and gloom or watch FOX news, you’ll see that in fact, we will need to give more cash to pay for the fact that providing health care benefits for all will not exactly benefit you or me personally, when in fact, providing that fact will raise your tax. Then again, maybe Obama wants us to see it’s not, “all about me.”

I don’t know about you, but I don’t think that Obama hides behind lies as much as he simply holds hope within his view at all times. It’s probably just do to his, “yes we can,” attitude, that he believes we can achieve what seems to be an impossible dream to people who watch FOX news as they shout out, “YOU LIE,” just at the sight of his face on TV. Then again, it’s also true that looks can sometimes be deceiving, because you see, if we choose to look through a view of hope you’ll see men like him differently. Who knows?

Through his view of hope, we just might see that we need to obey the universal law of reality. If you choose to do what is right for the benefit of mankind and give more than you think you’ll ever get back you’ll actually achieve ten times the tax cash it takes to provide what is right for humanity. So you see, when you look through a view of hope which motivates your brain to find some faith, you’ll see that we can achieve impossible dreams and even achieve the American dream along with endless achievements beyond anything we ever dreamed could possibly provide liberty, justice and health care for all. Besides, which would you rather do, allow people to die for the sake of a tax break, or raise what it takes to improve the value and/or quality of life?

6. When I get sick, I pay to get fixed, so why should I pay for a lazy American’s mistake?

Because you see, life will never be fair and square of any, much less all human beings. The reason that’s true is due to the liberty we’ve achieved to think, say and do what we choose. This is a huge issue within a democracy that states, “You are free to buy today what you won’t pay in a decade.” In fact, you have the right to be lazy and sponge off the government while you rob me blind, and in the mean time, it will be up to me and other responsible Americans to pay for your big mistakes.

That’s just the American way, so please get a grip and get over it. As long as we live within a free society, not monopolized by a big government who refuses to force you to do what you should do, there will be a price the rest of us will have to pay, whether we provide government assistance or not. That’s it, and it’s the truth, period.

7. What about illegal aliens who abuse what I pay to benefit American’s?

When anyone brings the illegal alien subject up, the first thing that comes to my mind is to ask, “Why don’t they go to the top to see what the top dog already stated again and again?” Is it due to the fact that a republican shouted out, “YOU LIE,” just at the mention of illegal aliens? If that’s true, might I ask you why you’d choose to believe someone who’s nuts enough to shout out, “YOU LIE,’ to the President of the United States while the whole world is watching, when in fact, that man claimed to be a representative of people like you and me?

Is THAT what you’d do in a public place? Would YOU abuse your right to free speech as an excuse to be rude, crude and socially unacceptable while the whole world watches what you so rudely do? If that’s true about you, than I can see why you’d thing The President of the United States would lie on national TV with the whole world watching, rather than to think that rude, crude and socially unacceptable guy just might have lost his mind one day within a rage that makes otherwise kind people go insane?

Whew, do you see what just the mention of illegal aliens can do to even a peaceful person like me? PLEASE get a grip and get over the illegal alien excuse. What IF they do scandalously abuse what we are trying to do for us, “the people,” of the USA, based on citizenship, hope and faith? What makes you think doing wrong things, illegally or not, can erase what benefits us when we choose to use the hope and faith it takes to believe the President of the United States, who by the way just might be telling the truth?

Let’s get over those old illegal alien issues, because you see, with the exception of the American Indian, we were all illegal aliens initially. That’s why fighting against the tired, the poor, the huddled masses yearning to breathe free isn’t exactly what the Statue of Liberty represents liberty to be. If we are too big and full of ourselves to take the tired or poor, then we need to redefine what liberty to breathe freely legally means.

8. Free enterprise and capitalism made the USA great in the first place.

Yes, I agree that free enterprise is great but the USA was actually based on hope and faith. You see, the immigrants were too tired and poor to build the USA without first finding the hope and faith it takes to actually achieve the American dream that free enterprise brings. But hey, no one wants a socialistic big government. Then again, when it comes to social issues that relate to our society’s way to behave, I’d say it’s high time that we start behaving in a bit more socialistic way. It’s not as evil as it seems, when you look at socialism as a way to do what wise men told us to do, like JFK who explained, “Ask not what your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for your country.” Through my view, that’s what Obama is trying to do. Otherwise he’d try to block and stop all hope for health care reform for everyone, so that he could benefit himself aline and his own political chances of winning the next election. Since you’d say, “Hell No to government health care options,” wouldn’t it improve Obama’s chances of reelection if he lost all hope or never dared to dream of achieving impossible dreams for us instead of what would in the end, benefit him?

Sometimes you need to go against the flow to get to some place new which just might lead to something improved, especially when you see everyone else naively going with the flow, where they are all headed for the same disaster soon and a rude awakening or two. So, according to me, the truth will always depend on which view you look through and which road you choose to take. That’s why when it comes to Capitalism being what makes the USA great, I beg to offer a new opinion. As great a free enterprise turned out to be, the USA was based and built upon NOTHING but hope and faith. That’s what it takes to achieve the American dream through free enterprise and capitalistic views, but when greed exceeds the needs of human beings, even when it’s just the minority, something or someone’s got to give more than they expect to take, for the benefit of all who live within the United States.

Otherwise, we might as well change the pledge of allegiance to end this way, “with liberty and justice for a maximum of 90%. Then again, we’d also need to change the words engraved in stone on the Statue of Liberty to state, “PLEASE, don’t give me your tired, your poor and/.or your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, because you see, were closed. We hold no hope or faith in the United States, so the streets are no longer paved in gold and we no longer provide the liberty to survive even a treatable disease, much less justice for all but the privileged 90%. We are closed due to a packed crowd of Americans who’ve lost all hope and can’t find any faith, so all illegal aliens should forevermore heed this warning: Today we hate what used to make the USA great, so you see, it’s not such a great place to be even legally! You see it was the ability to believe in impossible dreams that gave us what benefits us in the first place.
